A valid application contains all four (4) of the following:
1. Completed online application form
2. A $35.00 per person non-refundable application fee. If a co-signer is needed there is an additional $35.00 for co-signer
3. Proof of income (2 most recent paystubs)
4. Proof of Identification (we need to make a copy)
Each applicant over the age of 18 must complete their own application; this includes spouses. You can include your spouse on the rental application; however they will still need to complete their own before we can process any requests. If you have any questions please contact the Leasing Office.

New Residents can use our payment provider PayLease to make their application payment online with an e-check, debit card or credit card. Click on the Pay Your Application Fee, Register your new account. Click Make a Payment. You can process a one-time payment.
